A Pyrrhic victory for the Government on Rwanda
I started to write about the decision from the High Court today about the government plans to send asylum seekers to Rwanda but then I thought it would be a nice bonus episode of the podcast so have a listen via one of the links below.

As I discuss, the government’s victory on the legal points belies other problems with the policy that were highlighted by the court when it came to the individual applications.
The Home Secretary can pursue the Rwanda scheme but it will be a slow and expensive road to travel that is unlikely to achieve any of the stated policy goals.
