How Comprehensive is the Assisted Dying Bill?

Supporters of a change to the law on assisted dying have welcomed the publication of a Private Members’ Bill brought forward by the MP Kim Leadbeater.

The reforms seek to legalise assisted dying in the UK for the first time and, unlike previous legislative efforts, the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill actually has a realistic prospect of success.
